SmartVent Synergy3
SmartVent Synergy3 is a flexible centralised energy recovery system that constantly evaluates the environmental dynamics in and around your home for effective ventilation. The Synergy3 can recover up to 75% of the heat energy from your home and integrate a heat transfer system. Including insulated and acoustic ducting, four wireless sensors, an advanced touchscreen controller with optional app controls. Compatible with several SmartVent seasonal/ comfort add-ons.
Best for:
Homes with a fireplace, an existing/alternative extraction system or where heat recovery system is desired but a shorter core unit height is required. Not suitable for bathroom extraction.
SmartVent Balance
SmartVent Balance is a well-rounded energy-efficient heat recovery ventilation system designed specifically for new build and low−permeability properties. This balanced pressure home ventilation system is capable of recovering up to 90% of heat energy from a home (including from bathrooms). The balance's compact form means fitment through ceiling hatches or in cupboards and wardrobes needs little room. Includes insulated and acoustic ducting, set-and-forget controls, built-in summer bypass for free cooling, humidity sensing, easy change filters, and an energy efficient EC fan.
Best for:
Most homes, but particularly those wanting no-nonsense controls, good performance, efficiency and comfort in a fully integrated, balanced fresh air and extraction solution. Great option for townhouses and apartments wanting central ventilation.
Vent-Axia Econiq
The Vent-Axia Econiq is our premium centralised heat recovery ventilation system. The Econiq's airtight construction makes it capable of up to 93% heat recovery from a home, including from wet rooms, ideal for homeowners looking for the best. Includes a built-in summer bypass for free cooling, humidity sensing, additional unit insulation, easy change filters, and a quiet, energy efficient EC fan. Additional remote sensors can be added to the system as needed.
Best for:
Larger or custom homes. Particularly those paying attention to energy efficiency, airtightness and comfort while wanting a fully integrated, balanced fresh air and extraction solution with expandable, advanced controls.
SmartVent Tempra
SmartVent Tempra is stand-alone, through-wall ventilation system with 80% heat recovery. Designed ventilating single rooms, as well as bathrooms and living spaces. It has a small wall penetration and easy-to-use controls, making it simple to install and operate. Optional deep wall option available for non-standard walls.
Best for:
Bathrooms, garage conversions, and shared spaces where consistent balanced airflow matters most. Suitable for residential retrofit and new builds, elderly care facilities, student accommodation, military barracks and apartments.
SmartVent Fresh
The SmartVent Fresh is a quiet through-wall ventilation system with 82% heat recovery. The SmartVent Fresh works by absorbing energy into its ceramic core before reversing and returning that energy to the incoming air. Ideal for ventilating homes without roof cavities. Suitable for installation as a single unit, or as a wireless network of other units for whole home ventilation. Several control options are available including app control or an optional wireless wall controller. The Fresh uses very quiet and energy-efficient fans to introduce fresh air, and remove stale air. Optional upgrades to improve the systems intelligence are available including humidity and temperature sensors, as well as an indoor CO2 sensor.
Best for:
Homes without a roof cavity wanting whole-home ventilation. Custom and complex homes where space is at a premium. Perfect for bedrooms and living areas where low noise and clean design are important, while still delivering great comfort, smart control, and energy efficiency.
