Please ensure you have registered your SmartVent system.
To Return Products:
- Submit a Return Request Form online to receive an authorisation number via email.
- Print a copy of your email (Return Request Form including authorisation number).
- Return the product to your supplier, or place of purchase, with the following documentation:
– original proof of purchase,
– a copy of the completed Return Request Form,
– and the authorisation number (which has been provided when the Return Request Form was submitted)
- If the product is covered under warranty and is deemed faulty by the manufacturer, it will be repaired, or replaced, and then returned to your supplier.
- Your supplier will contact you to advise the product is ready to be collected.
