Hi Richard,
I very rarely do this as good service is expected these days, however a quick note to tell you a few things:

1. The Smart-Vent is fantastic – we were told not to expect too much in terms of reducing the temperature as it’s not a heat pump but it has significantly reduced the temperature and humidity in the upstairs bedrooms and makes the house more comfortable to live in.
2. The installation guys did a great job, especially getting the vent down to the rumpus room
3. The service from Smart-Vent was excellent.

Love our synergy 405, removed 3204 litres of moisture and recovered 567kwh in energy, all this Tasmanian winter had no need to dry the windows in the morning, before smart vent used 3 towels every day. Yey smartvent

A big thanks to the electricians who installed our new Synergy system. They were in and out in half a day and even vacuumed up their mess. Its running like promised – we’ve even noticed the absence of cooking odours.
